Mamaw & Papaw

My parents came to visit this weekend. We really didn't do much but hang around and go out to dinner. It was great to have them visit...we always love when they come!! By the end of the visit our little guy is completely wiped out. You can tell by the pictures below. He looks like he is going to fall asleep any second in the last one.

Ayden update: Our little guy turned 9 months on February 13th. He is now pulling himself up onto anything he can get his little hands on. If it moves he pushes it and tries to walk behind it. We have had many bumps and smashed fingers as he has now figured out how to get into the kitchen cabinets and drawers.

At his nine month appointment he weighed 18 pounds 10 ounces and is 27 3/4 inches long. He is getting two more teeth as we speak...yep, that will make a total of 8!! Ayden is still sleeping through the night. He occasionally will wake up and notice that no one else is in the room but will usually fall back to sleep with a back rub, rocking, or if all else fails...a bottle.

We are working on waving bye-bye. He will wave, but it is never when we are saying "bye-bye" to him...it is usually on his own time. He will try to say "bye" and mimic us with a "bu, bu" sound. That is the scoop on our little man...his birthday will be right around the corner in a couple of months so I get to start planning the big 1st birthday bash!!
